Custom Embroidery for all occasions

Embroider your logo on Polos, Jackets, Hats and More!

High Winds Graphix, can decorate your garments or bags using embroidery!  Many garments often look best when embroidered.  Jackets, Fleece & Polo’s and some other items often look best when the logo or graphic is stitched into the garment rather than another process that prints ON the garment.  While some of these items still look great with another printing method, we want our customers to be able to decide what works best for them. Whether you are looking for simple text, Monogramming, or detailed graphics and logos, we can digitize just about anything and put it on your items to show off your brand. One item to 1000 or more. Our embroidery department will get the job done.

What is Embroidery?

Machine embroidery is a technique used to decorate fabrics and textiles by using a special embroidery machine. It involves creating designs on a computer and then uploading them onto the machine. The machine then uses threads of various colors to stitch the design onto the fabric. Machine embroidery is a popular method for adding personal touches to clothing, towels, and other household items. The precise and consistent stitching of the machine allows for intricate and detailed designs to be created with ease. It is a cost-effective way to add customization to items, especially when compared to hand embroidery. With the ability to create thousands of stitches per minute, machine embroidery is a quick and efficient method that is ideal for those looking to add a professional touch to their creations.

Can you Embroider any Logo

Most logos can be embroidered. Sometimes if a logo is very detailed and the size of embroidery is small like a left chest application, the wording and details lose detail or be hard to read.

At High Winds Graphix we prefer to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use clothing and items for embroidery or printing that have been tested and proven to provide quality decorated results. Embroidery machines can be fickle and sometimes “eat” garments.  Sometimes we may experience unexpected results on untested material. We may have a misunderstanding about the color or placement of the design. If we have supplied the garment or item, we have calculated a margin of error in the cost and will replace it. We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is. Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware and agree to the possibility. If you have a specialty item you would like to bring to us to embroider please contact us to see if the job meets our criteria.

You should always follow the care instructions that come with your products, as different fabrics and threads may have different requirements. However, some general tips are to wash your embroidered products inside out, using cold water and mild detergent, and to avoid bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. You should also dry your embroidered products on low heat or air dry them, and iron them on the reverse side if needed

Digitization is the process of converting a design or logo into a format that can be read by an embroidery machine. It involves mapping out the stitches, colors, and directions of the embroidery, as well as adjusting the size, density, and placement of the design. Digitization is usually done by a professional using specialized software, and it can affect the quality and appearance of your embroidery.

There are different types of embroidery that you can choose from, depending on the look and feel you want for your products. Some of the most common types are flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, applique embroidery, and embroidery patches. We will help you pick the type so your project looks great and stand out.

Of course, you can. We offer several ways to personalize beyond just adding a custom embroidered logo.  We also embroider/monogram names, fonts and numbers. There are lot of customization options available for all your personalization needs.
