Refund, Return & Exchange

By approving the sales order, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are made specifically for you. Before your buy, no stock of the purchased goods existed. Furthermore, you acknowledge you cannot make changes or cancellations after approving the order confirmation. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no rights to cancel any order or return any goods purchased, and all orders are final.

 

Conditions

Refund, Return & Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. They should meet the following criteria:

  • The goods received are damaged
  • There are visible defects with the print
  • The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
  • The thing is the wrong color from the one ordered
  • The thing is the bad design from the one ordered
  • The thing is the wrong style (e.g., long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered

 

Procedure

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow the below steps to request a refund or exchange:

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 45 days of receiving your items. You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods.

After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return or exchange are considered forfeit. If goods are produced before submitting your request, those goods are considered forfeit.

Returns can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 48 hours.

You will cover the shipping cost for returning the order. The order should be packaged in a nylon bag or any bag/ box with the order information inside.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement you will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us. If you used Paypal to pay us before, the refunded amount would be to your Paypal balance. If you used a Credit card to pay us for the order, the refund amount would be to your credit card balance. Check payments are refunded by check, account credit, Venmo, or PayPal.
